Emerald Ash Borer (EAB) was found in Lansing  and New Albin, both within Allamakee County in Iowa.  Allamakee County has been quarantined for EAB since 2010.  EAB was found by USDA APHIS PPQ purple traps that were placed to monitor the spread of EAB.  For the full article please visit EMERALD ASH BORER.
