    Hi folks,
I’m working on a project where we need to make ‘paths’ through a stand of Cherry Laurel trees.
It is my understanding that CL’s are native to Florida. But are they ‘protected’ ?
I’m looking for information that outlines my responsibilities in regard to cutting down CL’s and trimming others.

This project is taking place in a preserve, where walking trails have already been carved out.

Also, assuming the trail is 10′ wide, how long would it take for the CL’s to over take the trail again?

Any information along these lines would be appreciated!

    Thanks!!
