I read the book ten years ago, and is a top ten book ever for me.  Turkey Boy!  I have yet to see it on TV, I will look for it.

I enjoyed your wild turkey video. Have you seen the program on PBS, "My Life as a Turkey"? It's a beautiful story, with amazing, magical scenery.
