- I plant trees because....
- Traditionally, disc golf course installation has required more cutting of trees than planting.
World Champion Disc Golf Design, LLC takes pride in our ability to design and install courses which require minimal cutting and clearing in order to create viable fairways on fun and safe courses.
Our most recent course design proposal in St. Petersburg is our 3rd permanent course for which not a single tree will be cut. Some plantings will be proposed in this and future projects.
WCDGD has worked with Jan Rahill and the Green-Up program to strategically plant trees and shrubs for the two 18-hole disc golf courses at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake, and hopes to further that relationship with other Orlando area projects.
