Tilford Elementary, Vinton-Shellsburg CSD, Trees For Kids photos are posted

The Elementary and Middle School students in Vinton, Iowa helped restore some of the tree canopy that was lost in the derecho storm of July 2011, by planting 34 landscape trees on their school grounds in May 2012. All the trees were provided by Frazier Nursery of Vinton.   It was a beautiful day to plant a tree!  To see all the photos, click here: Tilford photos
