The Illinois Department of Natural Resources administers the Urban and Community Forestry Program.  This program provides information and materials to assist local units of government manage for the Emerald Ash Borer. These materials are provided in partnership with the USDA Forest Service - Urban and Community Forestry program.

The Illinois Department of Agriculture is the regulatory agency in charge of EAB enforcement.  They administer the EAB compliance agreements,and EAB monitoring program in cooperation with USDA APHIS.
