Hydro gel, does it help establish trees on non-irrigated sites?

Unquestionably a great product for use in ultra dry locations.  I have used this product on several resort projects in the Bahamas and am convinced that it is the only the reason the projects are looking great.  We did our own tests, and plants with gel out performed non-gel plants hands down.  In south Florida, especially in non-irrigated sites, it is a no brainer to use hydro gel.   Pete
