Event Description
Come join us for an afternoon in Waverly, Iowa for an Urban Forestry Field Day. Some of the discussion will be on developing a plan for Urban areas including tree species selection, planting, and maintenance as well as urban tree health and pruning. Ron Lenth from Bremer County Extension, Jason Walker and Greg Heidebrink, DNR District Foresters, Emma Bruemmer DNR Urban Forester, and Jesse Randall Extension Forester be leading the discussions.
