DESCRIPTION:Due to popular request, Dr. William Elmendorf, Associate P
 rofessor of Urban Forestry, Penn State University, will introduce comm
 unity tree ordinance concepts. He will concentrate on street tree and 
 tree preservation from a planning perspective and welcomes the sharing
  of municipal code for real life examples. Expect to learn of the powe
 rs given from the Pennsylvania Municipal Planning Code and the anatomy
  of an effective ordinance. Attorney Gilbert High, known nationally fo
 r his extensive knowledge of municipal and tree law, will compliment t
 he previous presentations with liability and legalities. A natural res
